Naturally All-Processed: What Your Energy Bar is Really Packing

31th May 2012
By Andy Burnett
Guest writer for Wake Up World
If eating whole foods such as avocados, walnuts, and black beans sounds relatively normal to you then how do ingredients like fractionated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, and high fructose corn syrup fit into the same discussion?
The second group of ingredients can be found in a variety of meal replacement bars, otherwise referred to as “nutritious snacks”, “energy bars”, and “protein bars” by the companies who create and distribute these products for profit.
Unfortunately, many of the ingredients found in popular meal replacement bars developed by trusted nutrition companies may disrupt normal bodily functions and are the remnants of an overly processed food supply. Ironic when you consider that many of these bars are purchased, endorsed, or consumed by health conscious athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and food purists – the same group of people who pride themselves on eating a diet rich in those whole foods I mentioned earlier.

The Marvelous Health of Unvaccinated Children

Some of the basis of my ability to speak on the marvellous health of unvaccinated children comes from my personal experience as a medical doctor, having collected years of feedback.

“My child began coughing immediately after the vaccination.”
“He has had constant ear aches since he was vaccinated.”
“My 16 years old daughter is completely unvaccinated. She is almost never sick. If she does get sick, it’s two days at the most.”
“The neighbour’s kids followed normal vaccination guidelines. They are constantly sick and on antibiotics.”
That was not enough upon which to write a book; however. As it would turn out, I found these observations were paralleled over and over again all over the world. Follow me around the planet.

Gross Ingredients In Processed Foods

First it was pink slime. Then, it was crushed cochineal beetles in your favorite strawberry-flavored Starbucks drinks. Briefly, it was tuna scrape. And any day now, it's going to be meat glue.
More than ever before, it seems consumers are demanding to know what's in their food and why.
"I’m beginning to see now that consumers are pushing back," Michael Doyle, Ph.D., director of the Center for Food Safety at the University of Georgia, tells The Huffington Post. "They want more transparency. Pink slime was a great example. It wasn't whether the food was safe or not but, ‘Hey, they're putting ammonia in my ground beef, and I don't like that.'"
Understandable, considering ammonia is usually associated with household cleaners or fertilizers. But not liking ammonia in ground beef is entirely different from ammonia in ground beef hurting our health.
That said, the health concerns "may be moot," HuffPost blogger and director of the Yale Prevention Research Center David Katz, M.D., writes. "If people don't like the idea of eating it, it will go away."
This power of the public to make changes to Big Food has been largely fueled by blogs and social media, says Doyle. "Foodies and people who are maybe more purists in their food are more concerned, spending more time on the blogs," he says. "They use the blogs to get their perspective out and put pressure on the retailers, who put pressure on the processors."

Calcium supplements may raise heart attack risk

Taking a calcium supplement to help prevent bones from thinning puts people at a greater risk for heart attacks, says a report out today in the journal Heart.

The study of approximately 24,000 people between the ages of 35 and 64 found participants who took regular calcium supplements were 86% more likely to have a heart attack than those who didn't take supplements. Those who took only calcium supplements were twice as likely to suffer a heart attack as those who didn't take any vitamin supplements. Calcium supplements have been linked to kidney stones and bloating in other studies, according to the National Institutes of Health.
"Calcium supplements have been widely embraced by doctors and the public, on the grounds that they are a natural and therefore safe way of preventing osteoporatic fractures," the authors write. "We should return to seeing calcium as an important component of a balanced diet."
The study, primarily undertaken to determine if calcium supplements modify cardiovascular risk factors, found no direct link between the supplements and heart attacks, nor did they identify brands of supplements. Participants answered questions about their use of supplements and their diet during an 11-year study of their health.
The study did not look at what caused the heart attacks, but the authors write: "Supplements cause calcium levels to soar above the normal range, and it is this flooding effect which might ultimately be harmful."
"Doctors who work with the elderly and people who are postmenopausal routinely tell them to take a calcium supplement," says Linda Russell, a rheumatologist and osteoporosis specialist at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. "It's really time to re-examine that philosophy. Other studies about calcium have been suggesting this in recent years, but maybe this study really should get doctors to rethink this approach."

FDA Promotes Drug That Kills You One Cell At a Time!

I really like this lady. She isn't a doctor or anything but is very level headed.

Oxytocin Improves Brain Function in Children With Autism

Preliminary results from an ongoing, large-scale study by Yale School of Medicine researchers shows that oxytocin - a naturally occurring substance produced in the brain and throughout the body - increased brain function in regions that are known to process social information in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

A Yale Child Study Center research team that includes postdoctoral fellow Ilanit Gordon and Kevin Pelphrey, the Harris Associate Professor of Child Psychiatry and Psychology, will present the results on May 19 at the International Meeting for Autism Research.

"Our findings provide the first, critical steps toward devising more effective treatments for the core social deficits in autism, which may involve a combination of clinical interventions with an administration of oxytocin," said Gordon. "Such a treatment approach will fundamentally improve our understanding of autism and its treatment."

Social-communicative dysfunctions are a core characteristic of autism, a neurodevelopmental disorder that can have an enormous emotional and financial burden on the affected individual, their families, and society.

Gordon said that while a great deal of progress has been made in the field of autism research, there remain few effective treatments and none that directly target the core social dysfunction. Oxytocin has recently received attention for its involvement in regulating social abilities because of its role in many aspects of social behavior and social cognition in humans and other species.

To assess the impact of oxytocin on the brain function, Gordon and her team conducted a first-of-its-kind, double-blind, placebo-controlled study on children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 with ASD. The team members gave the children a single dose of oxytocin in a nasal spray and used functional magnetic resonance brain imaging to observe its effect.

The team found that oxytocin increased activations in brain regions known to process social information. Gordon said these brain activations were linked to tasks involving multiple social information processing routes, such as seeing, hearing, and processing information relevant to understanding other people.

Other authors on the study include Randi H. Bennett, Brent C. vander Wyk, James F. Leckman, and Ruth Feldman.

Professor of Medicine and Cardiologist at Yale University School of Medicine says there is no Scientific Basis to Support Treating LDL Cholesterol

cholesterol3 Professor of Medicine and Cardiologist at Yale University School of Medicine says there is no Scientific Basis to Support Treating LDL Cholesterol
Most medical professionals strongly believe that cholesterol causes heart disease and that treating ‘raised’ cholesterol and bringing it down to a so-called ‘healthy’ level is beneficial for us all. However, I’ve been sceptical about both these ideas for many years now.
I’m not the only one, though, as quite a few individuals have expressed similar doubts about the ‘cholesterol hypothesis’. Because the cholesterol hypothesis is so firmly entrenched in so many people’s minds, and because dissenters are often from the fringes of (or outside) mainstream medicine, any scepticism is relatively easy to dismiss. I think. However, when someone from within the establishment expresses doubts, the impact can be that much greater.
And that’s why I was very interested to read an open letter expressing doubt about the wisdom of current cholesterol management strategies, co-authored by Harlan Krumholz, professor of medicine and cardiologist at the Yale University School of Medicine. The letter, which appeared in the journal Circulation [1], was written to the Adult Treatment Panel – a group of ‘experts’ charged with setting cholesterol guidelines for the American public.
The panel is due to issue new guidelines later this year, and the chances are it will recommend that we keep strong downward pressure on our cholesterol numbers. But not all individuals in the medical and scientific community agree with this approach, and one such dissenter is Professor Krumholz. In the letter, Professor Krumholz and his co-author highlight what I believe to be 3 very important points:
1. There is no scientific basis to support treating to LDL targets
Current recommendations are for people to lower their supposedly unhealthy LDL-cholesterol to a certain level. The problem is, no study has actually tested the benefits of this specific strategy. Professor Krumholz points out that there are many instances where cholesterol reduction has not translated into clinical benefits (e.g. reduced risk of heart disease or death). Actually, all the positive effects of cholesterol reduction appear to be limited to statins. The thing is, though, statins don’t just reduce cholesterol, they have other effects including an anti-inflammatory effect. What this means, in essence, is that the apparent benefits of statins may not be down to their impact on cholesterol, but other effects that have nothing to do with cholesterol.
He also points out that the benefits of statins do not appear to be very related to a person’s LDL levels before treatment. In other words, those with higher LDL do not benefit more than those with lower levels. This again points to the fact that statins probably do not work through cholesterol reduction. In the end, though, as Professor Krumholz points out, it does not matter whether LDL causes heart disease or not. What matters is that LDL levels are actually quite a poor predictor of someone’s risk, and therefore basing treatment decisions on LDL levels does not make sense.
2. The safety of treating to LDL targets has never been proven
So, we know that there’s no scientific basis to treating to a particular LDL level, but Professor Krumholz then goes on to point out that the safety of this practice is not established either. While there is quite a lot of evidence for the relative safety of statins, data in the long term is lacking, as is data on most other cholesterol-reducing agents. Some claim the very fact that cholesterol is being lowered should give us confidence that the benefits will outweigh any harm. However, as Professor Krumholz points out, we have instances where basing treatment decisions on ‘surrogate markers’ has led to harm. He cites examples of where aggressive treatment of diabetes and blood pressure has done more harm than good.
3. Tailored treatment is a simpler, safer, more effective, more evidence-based approach
Professor Krumholz makes the point here that current treatment strategies are inefficient, and that treatment decisions should not be made on the basis of cholesterol levels, but a person’s overall risk of cardiovascular disease. This more holistic approach, by the way, will likely see many people suddenly not ‘needing’ statins or other cholesterol treatments after all, like practically every one of the relatively young, fit, healthy, non-smoking men or women who have turned up a ‘raised’ cholesterol on blood testing.
I don’t expect Professor Krumholz’s views to go down a storm with the medical community and certainly not the drug companies. But I think he should be applauded for standing up and telling what he believes is the truth, even if this flies in the face of conventional ‘wisdom’.

Diabetes on the Rise Among Teenagers

This is so easily fixed through proper diet. After reading this article watch the video that is posted below it.

Nearly one in four American adolescents may be on the verge of developing Type 2 diabetes or could already be diabetic, representing a sharp increase in the disease’s prevalence among children ages 12 to 19 since a decade ago, when it was estimated that fewer than one in 10 were at risk for or had diabetes, according to a new study.
This worsening of the problem is worrying in light of recently published findings that the disease progresses more rapidly in children than in adults and is harder to treat, experts said.
The study, published online on Monday in the journal Pediatrics, analyzes data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which has a nationally representative sample. While it confirmed that teenage obesity and overweight rates had leveled off in recent years and that teenage rates of high blood pressure and high cholesterol had not changed greatly, it found that the percentage of teenagers testing positive for diabetes and prediabetes had nearly tripled to 23 percent in 2007-8 from 9 percent in 1999-2000.
Researchers said the data should be interpreted with caution because the prediabetes and diabetes status of the adolescents was based on a single test of each participant’s fasting blood glucose level, which could be unreliable in children if they had not fasted for at least 8 hours before taking the test. In addition, children this age are going through puberty, a process that induces insulin resistance.

Lipitor: Side Effects And Natural Remedy

Serious side effects have been reported for Lipitor and other cholesterol-lowering drugs - the so-called statins - prescribed to millions for preventive purposes. The prescription of these drugs is based on thediscredited hypothesis that high cholesterol levels cause heart attacks. The cholesterol myth has been one of the most long lived falsehoods around - probably because it has been excellent business, both for large pharma producers as well as for the food multinationals, who introduced margarine telling us how much healthier it is than butter.
There is an easy, widely available nutritional solution to heart attacks: Vitamin C. Needless to say, taking more vitamin C has been opposed by big pharma and its mainstream medicine followers for decades.
When a "preventive" medicine causes severe muscular degeneration as a "common" side effect, something must be awfully wrong. Jonathan Campbell examines the side effects and postulates a mechanism - proposing an astonishingly simple remedy.

Lipitor - Reports of Neuromuscular Degeneration
by Jonathan Campbell, March 16, 2004

Numerous adverse side effect reports have implicated Lipitor as a possible cause for severe neuromuscular degeneration. Some people who have been using Lipitor for two years or more report symptoms similar to multiple sclerosis or ALS - Lou Gehrig's Disease - in which they are losing neuromuscular control of their bodies.

For instance, in an article entitled "Life After Lipitor" that appeared in the newspaper Tahoe World on January 27, 2004, Tahoe City (California) resident Doug Peterson began having serious neuromuscular problems after taking Lipitor for two years. He began losing muscular coordination and slurring words when he spoke. Then he lost balance, followed by loss of fine motor skills - he had difficulty writing. He went from doctor to doctor, trying to figure out what could be happening. Finally one doctor suggested that he stop taking Lipitor, and the downward health spiral stopped and his health is now slowly improving.

These adverse effects have begun appearing in peer-reviewed medical journals, and numerous people have reported similar symptoms at public adverse effect reporting websites such as www.medications.com. People have reported "trouble swallowing, trouble talking and enunciating words, feeling fatigued all the time, neck aches," "motor neuropathy which mimics ALS," "Blinding headaches, nausea, vertigo, disorientation, memory loss, extremely dry eyes, pain and stiffness in my neck and calf muscles, abominal pain," and "Muscle pain, weakness, spasms, buzzing in right leg. Can't hold arms or head up in vertical position for 2 minutes without extreme pain and weakness."

How could Lipitor potentially cause this kind of harm to so many different parts of the body? Lipitor is a "statin" drug which inhibits the production of cholesterol in order to lower LDL cholesterol counts. By limiting the production of cholesterol, Lipitor may be indirectly causing membrane degeneration in neural and muscle tissue.

The problem is this: cholesterol is essential in your body for many functions. It forms part of what is called the cell membrane - the outer layer of every cell in your body. It helps transport and pack the major components of the cell membrane, called "phospholipids," that are made from essential fatty acids (EFAs). Without sufficient cholesterol we would die, because our tissues are constantly being repaired and replaced with new cells.

Our body produces several thousand milligrams of cholesterol per day to carry out these essential functions, and each day the excess of cholesterol is supposed to be naturally recycled. If your body doesn't have enough new cholesterol each day, you cannot repair and replace your cell membranes and they will eventually degenerate.

The continual recycling of cholesterol happens naturally when you have sufficient ascorbate, another name for vitamin C. Excess cholesterol is naturally converted to bile acid and then excreted. But if you don't consume enough vitamin C (about 2000-3000 milligrams per day for an adult), cholesterol builds up in your bloodstream. It is here that doctors make a critical error: instead of telling you to take more vitamin C, they prescribe Lipitor.
If Lipitor and other similar statin drugs are in fact indirectly causing neural and muscular degeneration, this is a very serious matter indeed.

Babies Get Much-Needed Help From Chiropractic Adjustments

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (WCCO) — When Sydney Winkler encountered one of the biggest adjustments of parenthood, she brought 2-month-old Lily to the chiropractor. “She was really colicky, crying, fussy, we had a couple days there where she was screaming and not settled,” said the mother from Bloomington. Dr. Anne Spicer, a pediatric chiropractor at the Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, specializes in pregnant women and babies. “So, what I am noticing still too is she is still keeping her head turned left,” said Dr. Spicer, who first adjusted Lily at a few weeks old. Winkler said the first visit soothed both parents and baby. “She went home and slept that entire night,” said Winkler. Dr. Spicer said fussy babies often have a misalignment at the top of the neck, which appears to the case for Lily. She said misalignments put pressure on the nerves that cause symptoms elsewhere. It can often be the result of trauma often during birth. “If a delivery is fast, three hours or less, that is usually very forceful on a baby and on a mother and we tend to see more spinal misalignments and injury with a fast delivery,” said Dr. Spicer, who estimates about 20 percent of chiropractic care is focused on kids. A 2007 government report said nearly three percent of children in the United States were treated with chiropractic or osteopathic manipulation in 2007, making it the second-most common form of alternative medicine for children, according to the National Health Interview Survey by the CDC. The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association points to two studies that show estimates of growth in children visiting chiropractors.

This is your brain on sugar: UCLA study shows high-fructose diet sabotages learning, memory

Eating more omega-3 fatty acids can offset damage, researchers say

Fernando Gomez-Pinilla
Fernando Gomez-Pinilla
[Correction: Paragraph 5 of this release was changed from an earlier version to reflect that the study focused on fructose generally, not specifically on high-fructose corn syrup; that while high-fructose corn syrup is sweeter than cane sugar, it is not "six times sweeter"; and that Americans consume approximately 35 pounds of high-fructose corn syrup per capita annually, not "more than 40 pounds." The researcher's quote in Paragraph 6 has also been changed slightly to avoid the implication that the study focused solely on high-fructose corn syrup.]

Attention, college students cramming between midterms and finals: Binging on soda and sweets for as little as six weeks may make you stupid.

A new UCLA rat study is the first to show how a diet steadily high in fructose slows the brain, hampering memory and learning — and how omega-3 fatty acids can counteract the disruption. The peer-reviewed Journal of Physiology publishes the findings in its May 15 edition.

"Our findings illustrate that what you eat affects how you think," said Fernando Gomez-Pinilla, a professor of neurosurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a professor of integrative biology and physiology in the UCLA College of Letters and Science. "Eating a high-fructose diet over the long term alters your brain's ability to learn and remember information. But adding omega-3 fatty acids to your meals can help minimize the damage."

While earlier research has revealed how fructose harms the body through its role in diabetes, obesity and fatty liver, this study is the first to uncover how the sweetener influences the brain.

Sources of fructose in the Western diet include cane sugar (sucrose) and high-fructose corn syrup, an inexpensive liquid sweetener. Far sweeter than cane sugar, the syrup is widely added to processed foods, including soft drinks, condiments, applesauce and baby food. The average American consumes roughly 47 pounds of cane sugar and 35 pounds of high-fructose corn syrup per year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

"We're less concerned about naturally occurring fructose in fruits, which also contain important antioxidants," explained Gomez-Pinilla, who is also a member of UCLA's Brain Research Institute and Brain Injury Research Center. "We're more concerned about the fructose in high-fructose corn syrup, which is added to manufactured food products as a sweetener and preservative."

Statins Cause Type 2 Diabetes

Friday, January 20, 2012
Byron J. Richards, Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist

The statin scam is one of the worst examples of how Western medicine has sold several hundred billion dollars of a near worthless drug to millions of Americans, conning the gullible into believing that a better number on paper as the result of taking a drug somehow equates to an improvement in health.  The latest nail in the statin coffin shows that women who consistently take their statins, as their doctors so happily instruct them to do, have a whopping 71 percent increased risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
The research* is based on 161,808 postmenopausal women aged 50 to 79 years at 40 clinical centers across the United States.  The researchers are from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Harvard Medical School.  In other words, this is mainstream Western medicine research.
Just as important as the study results is the bewildering press release.  It tries not to alarm anyone, puts a bizarre spin on the risks and benefits of statins, and suggests that you “be sure to talk to your doctor,” (the same person who has been poisoning you).
The question is, how can the “benefit” of a drug that causes a disease known to drastically increase the risk of heart disease be good for long-term heart disease prevention?  The answer: It’s only “good” if you are trying to put children and healthy people (the new target market for statin idiocy) on these drugs.
Needless to say, the scholars at these prestigious think tanks could not figure out why statins cause diabetes.  They still haven’t quite figured out the basics of how the human body works and what statins are doing to it.
Let me give them a few clues.  Statins are anti-energy by core means of operation.  Any time you reduce the energy function of a cell you reduce the ability of that cell to burn calories as fuel.  This creates metabolic inefficiency and insulin resistance, with increased fatigue and eventual Type 2 diabetes.

Medically Confirmed! My Rheumatoid Arthritis Is In Remission!

Prior to beginning the Paleo lifestyle in November 2011, I hadn’t had a single pain-free day in over 2 years. I had only been diagnosed about 18 months earlier because before that, I spent a good 6 months just scratching my head and wondering why, at 26 years old, I was limping every morning when I got out of bed, had frequent TMJ (lockjaw) and couldn’t even operate a computer mouse most days without cringing in pain.
Even after beginning treatment, I saw little improvement. I was taking “black label warning” drugs that are known to cause cirrhosis of the liver as well as several other complications (including death…) with very little reduction in pain, but a notable increase in depression, lethargy, and weight. Within only a few months I had gotten up to 170 pounds and over 50% body fat on my 5’2” frame. Not that I was in ideal physical shape to begin with, but this was a weight that I had been at before and had sworn I would never get back to.
At the time, I was living with a friend, a yoga instructor and natural-birth advocate, who had begun experimenting with the Paleo Diet. She kept sending me articles she’d run across about how gluten-sensitivity could cause autoimmune diseases such as RA and lupus. (Did I mention that my lab results technically showed positive for systemic lupus too? But since I didn’t display classic outward symptoms, at least not yet, my Rheumatologist only officially diagnosed the RA.) My roommate also read a quote or two from this book she had been obsessing over. You guessed it… The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. She read to me about the author’s belief that most people who had gallbladder removal were almost assuredly, undiagnosed-celiac. So I guess it’s also worth mentioning that in 2008, at only 24 years old, I had to undergo a cholecystectomy, not due to gall stones, but months of illness due to “chronic inflammation” of the gallbladder.

Fast food diet increases risk of depression by more than fifty percent

(NaturalNews) Providing more evidence to the motif 'you are what you eat', scientists have found that eating a fast food diet increases the risk for depression by more than fifty percent. The food we eat today will provide the structural network for the cellular matrix that we need to support basic metabolism, cellular regeneration and repair. This is especially pronounced in brain neurons, as grey matter is largely composed of the omega-3 fats, DHA and EPA. When we don't provide these basic building blocks, especially in the early formative years, the body is forced to use inferior fats such as those provided by hydrogenation, most frequently found in fast and processed foods.

Scientists from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the University of Granada, publishing in the Public Health Nutrition journal have determined that eating commercially baked goods (cakes, croissants, and doughnuts) and fast food (hamburgers, hotdogs, and pizza) is linked to a 51 percent increase in the incidence of depression, compared to those who eat little or none of these foods.

Do Hidden Opiates In Our Food Explain Food Addictions?

4th May 2012
Food addictions are not strictly “psychological” problems, but have a hard-wired, organic component. Many of the most commonly consumed foods in Western culture actually contain narcotic properties associated with the presence of psychoactive chemicals that bind to opioid receptors in the nervous system. These peptides are so powerful that researchers block their action with a drug known as naloxone and which is used to treat addiction among heroin abusers, and can even prevent death from heroin overdose.
These “food opiates” are heavily concentrated in wheat and dairy products, especially cow’s milk. Wheat contains the following opioid peptides, known as gluten exorphins, alongside which are listed their amino acid structure:

How to Identify Synthetic Vitamins

1st May 2012
By Cheryl Myers - livestrong.com
You can make wiser choices when purchasing vitamins by learning to identify synthetic dietary supplements from natural vitamin products. Manufacturers of dietary supplements sometimes use synthetic materials for increasing the vitamin’s potency and stability.
According to the Organic Consumers Association, some of these materials come from coal tar derivatives, the same toxins that cause throat cancer in tobacco smokers. Before shopping for vitamin supplements, know what to look for in a vitamin product that may cause harm to your health.

If Your Doctor Cannot Answer These 4 Questions, Don't Vaccinate!

In all my years of researching vaccines, there is one thing that has always fascinated me--why do parents not question their doctors more about the benefits vs. risks of vaccinations? Common sense dictates that a parent should be inclined to inquire about a medication being injected into their child and its associated long-term risks if any. After all, even the medical community admits that every medication carries risks. Sadly, only a very small percentage of the population has the foresight to approach their doctor with inquiries related to risk before deciding to vaccinate. I am striving to change that percentage.

When dealing with medical doctors, my suggestion is to avoid the big myth makers such as herd immunity, long-term immunization or vaccine effectiveness to the population as a whole. Although many of these myths have now been exposed, they require time to debate, especially to objectively examine both sides. For your own reading pleasure you may review the following:

Growing Concerns With Every Shot

Contributed by Aryn Gabai, D.C., C.A.C.C.P.

Optimal immune system development is essential for health. Our immune system distinguishes potential threats from non-threats, unhealthy cells from normal, and keeps a long list of tools that it uses to restore internal bacterial and viral balance. We have roughly 10 times more bacteria in our bodies than we have human cells! In addition, bacteria and viruses are encountered every minute of every day, so to having a proper functioning immune system is a key component to living your ideal 100 Year Lifestyle.

There is a growing concern that one of the major threats to the development of healthy immune systems has been the increasing emphasis on artificial immunity through vaccines. As of 2010, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States was recommending 30 vaccinations before the age of 2 years old. At the same time, rates of asthma, autism, allergies, digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and many other chronic conditions are also rising. Many scientists, chiropractors, medical doctors and parents have become alarmed that this massive volume and combination of inoculations is jeopardizing the long-term health of individuals and future generations. In fact, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, over $2 Billion has already been paid to parents of vaccine-injured children.(1)

Japan, who has one of the highest life expectancy rates and lowest infant mortality rates, has had a voluntary vaccination policy since 1994. The US ranks 38 in life expectancy with a significantly higher infant mortality and has one of the most stringent mandatory vaccination policies in the world.(2)

If Your Doctor Insists That Vaccines Are Safe, Then Have Them Sign This Form

The average person that consents to a vaccine injection, either for themselves or for their children, genuinely believes it is for the betterment of health. What they are not aware of is that even their doctor is likely unfamiliar with the toxic ingredients contained in vaccines which can immediately begin to degrade both short- and long-term health. If your doctor insists that vaccines are safe, then they should have absolutely no problem in signing this form so that you may archive it for your own records on the event of an adverse reaction.
The reality of vaccines is that they are a far greater risk to human health than benefit and always have been. In fact, two centuries of official death statistics show conclusively and scientifically that modern medicine is not responsible for and played little part in substantially improving life expectancy and survival from diseases in developed nations.
In North America, Europe, and the South Pacific, major declines in life-threatening infectious diseases occurred historically either without, or far in advance vaccination efforts for specific diseases.
Whenever I personally inform medical doctors of these realities, many of them are quite shocked with the data. That’s not surprising considering the fact that medical students are still brainwashed that vaccines immunize which is a myth in itself, since natural or “real” immunity can never be artificially induced by a vaccine.
Other misinformed educators also still rely on the myth of herd immunity which is nothing short of medical fraud. It is a shame and embarrassment that brilliant students are deceptively led down the path of ignorance every single year at prestigious medical institutions in the hopes of obtaining an education. These students then become the physicians of a good percentage of the population.
One of the problems we have in a society filled with misinformation about health, is that people sit on the fence. They want to conform to the societal norms ingrained in our minds about conventional medicine, but they also want to stand up for their beliefs and conscience. These fence sitters are made up of those who understand that current vaccination practices are unsafe, yet somehow also believe you can make vaccines safer or more effective. That is where we have to shift the opinions of those who are on the fence and have them fall off on the side of natural health rather than conventional medicine. See my article When It Comes to Vaccines, Don’t Sit On The Fence!
