Your Body’s Innate Intelligence: the Vitalistic Chiropractic Philosophy Part II

In my previous article, I discussed the importance of liberating your innate intelligence with a chiropractic adjustment, as well as the flu statistics associated with it. This article raised the important questions……
How did chiropractor D.D. Palmer return patient Harvey Lillard’s hearing after 18 years of deafness? Why was chiropractic extremely successful at defeating the 1918 flu epidemic?
It all goes back to the liberation of innate intelligence, which allows the body to reach the greatest capacity it has for healthy functioning. Most people who have bodies working at 100% capacity are able to resist the flu. How?
Innate intelligence determines the order and coordination of your body. It is the reason your body can perform countless biochemical reactions on a cellular level without a single conscious effort on your part. It knows exactly what needs to be done and where in your body, in the exact moment. If the innate intelligence is interfered with, these countless reactions may not occur and if they do, it could be too fast or slow, making the reaction completely inappropriate for the moment. This means everything in your life that you do (thinking, digesting, meditating, exercising, working, reading, seeing, cleansing, breathing..) you do better when your innate intelligence is working at its maximum potential. It allows you to express more life. Life is the triune of force, innate intelligence, and matter. You perform better with than without this connection.

In 1895, something extraordinary happened. A man by the name of D.D. Palmer cured another man, Harvey Lillard, of his 18 year bout with deafness.
D.D. Palmer was a natural healer, and upon examination of Harvey he found a vertebra in his spine that was in an abnormal position. D.D. corrected the position of this vertebra several times (varied sources give varied counts of corrections), and Harvey could hear again. News spread all over the United States that someone had found the cure for deafness, and persons with deafness and their families started pouring themselves into D.D.’s city of Davenport, Iowa.

Study boosts link between flu vaccine, sleep disorder

AFP - A study in England has strengthened evidence from Scandinavia that a vaccine used to prevent pandemic flu boosted the risk of sleep disorder among teens and children, doctors said on Tuesday.
Using the Pandemrix vaccine increased the risk of narcolepsy among people aged four to 18 by a factor of 14 compared to those who did not get the jab, they said.
The risk in absolute terms was between one in 52,000 people and one in 57,000, but this figure may be an over-estimate, according to the study published by the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
Narcolepsy is a chronic disorder of the nervous system that causes excessive drowsiness, often causing people to fall asleep uncontrollably.
It normally occurs among 25-50 of every 100,000 people, although figures are sketchy, the study said.
Pandemrix was the main vaccine used to fight the 2009-2010 outbreak of H1N1 "swine" flu, a much-feared pandemic involving a novel strain influenza virus.

Lack of sleep 'switches off' genes

One week of bad sleep can "switch off" hundreds of genes and raise the risk of a host of illnesses including obesity and heart disease, scientists claim.

Getting fewer than six hours' sleep per night deactivates genes which play a key role in the body's constant process of self-repair and replenishment, according to a new study.
Our bodies depend on genes to produce a constant supply of proteins which are used to replace or repair damaged tissue, but after a week of sleep deprivation some of these stopped working.
The findings suggest that chronic lack of sleep could prevent the body from fully replenishing itself and raise the risk of a host of diseases, researchers said.
Scientists from Surrey University divided 26 volunteers into two groups, one of which slept for less than six hours per night for an entire week, and one which slept for ten hours per night.
At the end of the week each group was kept awake for 40 hours and donated blood samples, which were studied to examine the effects of their sleep regimes.

Omega-3s dramatically inhibit breast cancer tumor growth

(NaturalNews) A new study just published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry appears to be the first to provide what the researchers call "unequivocal evidence that omega-3s reduce cancer risk."

So, how much of a risk are they talking about? A huge one. The scientists from the University of Guelph found that a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids (healthy fats found in cold water fish such as salmon and certain plant foods, including walnuts) can inhibit the growth of breast cancer tumors by 30 percent, especially if started early in life.

"It's a significant finding," David Ma, a professor in Guelph's Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences, and one of the study's authors, said in a media statement. "We show that lifelong exposure to omega-3s has a beneficial role in disease prevention - in this case, breast cancer prevention. What's important is that we have proven that omega-3s are the driving force and not something else."

Weight loss 101: Strategies, supplements and the top 10 pointers for achieving the body weight you want

(NaturalNews) Here, I'm laying out my best wisdom on weight loss, weight management and how to make it a reality in your life. I've been through this myself, having gone from borderline obese to active and athletic. The only time I've put on weight since then is when I departed from my own advice that you'll see below. (See my top 10 questions you need to be asking yourself about weight loss.)

But like many Natural News readers, I have recently recommitted to dropping the pounds I don't need and getting to a functional, peak performance body weight that looks good and feels great. For example, I'm back into exercising a minimum of one hour each day, and when I get those late-night munchies, I'm slamming some delicious rooibos tea instead of snacking.

I've also just started taking a new weight management supplement from Ed Group of Global Healing Center. He has put together what I think is quite simply the world's most potent serious weight management supplement. It's called Slimirex and it's a liquid combination of multiple plant extracts known for their beneficial effects on body weight.

This is no cheap, "quick" weight loss pill that you might see in scammy promotions and dumbed-down internet ads. This is a serious liquid combination of carefully-selected botanicals that I characterize as "liquid alchemy." They include gymnema, damiana, hoodia gordonii, uva ursi, fennel seed, iodine, kelp, bergamot, green coffee bean and more.

How To Prevent Enzyme Deficiency – The Cause Of All Humanity’s Diseases

The length of life is inversely proportional to the rate of exhaustion of the enzyme potential of an organism. The increased use of food enzymes promotes a decreased rate of exhaustion of the enzyme potential.” ( The Enzyme Nutrition Axiom formulated by dr Edward Howell)
Vitamins, minerals and all kinds of super-nutrients are in the spotlight on the nutritional arena. Enzymes are not that much talked about though. But they are essential and most of the people these days, including small children are very deficient! Actually, we are the only species on Earth that tries to live without food enzymes! And we’re doing a poor job at it…What happened and why are enzymes so necessary for health?

Why Are Enzymes Essential And Where Did They Go?

Black Seed: the Remedy for Everything But Death

This humble but immensely powerful seed kills MRSA, heals the chemical weapon poisoned body, stimulates regeneration of the dying beta cells within the diabetic’s pancreas, and yet too few even know it exists.
The seeds of the annual flowering plant, Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial.  While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance.
The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt. Black seed oil, in fact, was found in Egyptian pharoah Tutankhamun’s tomb, dating back to approximately 3,300 years ago.[i]  In Arabic cultures, black cumin is so known as Habbatul barakah, meaning the “seed of blessing.” It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed said of it that it is “a remedy for all diseases except death.”
