Weight loss 101: Strategies, supplements and the top 10 pointers for achieving the body weight you want

(NaturalNews) Here, I'm laying out my best wisdom on weight loss, weight management and how to make it a reality in your life. I've been through this myself, having gone from borderline obese to active and athletic. The only time I've put on weight since then is when I departed from my own advice that you'll see below. But like many Natural News readers, I have recently recommitted to dropping the pounds I don't need and getting to a functional, peak performance body weight that looks good and feels great.
